摘要
目的;开发基于WEB服务的预防医学题库,探索其在三年制临床专科学生当中的应用。方法:首先与专业人员合作开发基于ASP技术的适合于高职高专的预防医学在线题库,然后采用队列研究方法观察题库在三年制临床专科学生中的应用效果,并进行在线题库使用情况的问卷调查。结果:题库使用班级学生的成绩显著性优于对照组(-2χ=23.128,P<0.01),问卷显示总体满意度良好。结论:使用预防医学在线题库辅助于教学,能够极大提高学生学习的积极性和效果。
Objective： To develop one item bank online with web service based on preventive medicine, and explore its application in three-year clinical medical college students. Method： Firstly, with the help of professional personnels, developing the item bank online based on ASP technology, which is suitable for the students in higher vocational college, and then observing the effects of the item bank used in three-year clinical college students with the method of host study, and one questionnaire survey about the using of the item bank was conducted at last. Result： The scores of students who used the item bank are sig- nificantly better than those of the control group （Х^2 = 23. 128, P〈0. 01）, the questionnaire shows that the satisfactory result has been achieved on the whole. Conclusion： By the use of item bank online based on preventive medicine, students＇ enthusiasm and effectiveness of study have been greatly enhanced.
