Comparison of dentistry education between China and foreign countries

文章结合国内外口腔医学教育发展状况,从国内外口腔医学的专业内涵、专业教育体系、人才培养目标、学制、课程设置、实践教学模式等方面进行比较研究,分析和总结了国内外口腔医学人才培养的差异与发展趋势,建议要在保持特色的基础上,借鉴国外口腔医学教育的经验和优势,审慎推进国内口腔医学专业人才培养模式的改革与创新。

This paper, based on the development of dentistry education between China and foreign countries, presents an analy- sis and summary of differences of dentists＇ cultivation and the trend of the development at home and abroad, including comparison of the current status on the mode of cultivating dentists and educational system for the specialty, cultivation aims, length of schooling, curricula framework design, the mode of practical instruction and the differences of dentistry education model.
