关于高等学校校、院二级教育管理机制的思考

Thought of administration under educational management system of university and college

文章以目前我国高等教育管理体制改革为背景,提出了实行校、院二级教育管理的必然性和必要性,阐释了我校实行校、院二级教育管理的情况,并从转变管理理念、转变机关职能、建立健全管理制度等几方面提出了加强我校校、院二级管理体制的内涵建设,逐步改革完善该体制,推动学校整体办学实力的增强的几点看法。

Based on the background of the reformation in the higher education management in China, this paper brings forward the inevitability and necessity of higher school management system of university and college, explaining the situation of the con- struction of it, through changing administration thinking, changing the department function, establishing perfect management, so as to improve the higher educational institution performance constantly.
