摘要
为了探索本科护理专业健康评估实践教学方法,培养高年级护生成为学生指导者,对低年级护生进行体格检查技能的训练和指导。结果显示实验班护生的护理体检操作考核成绩优于对照班(P<0.01),说明以学生作为指导者,能充分发挥其指导作用,提高护生的护理体检技能,有效地解决目前健康评估教学中存在的护理体检技能掌握欠佳的问题。
In order to study whether students as instructors can improve the physical examination (PE) skills of nursing students, the authors have trained senior nursing students as instructors to improve junior nursing students' PE skills. There are significant increases in PE performance records of the experiment class (P〈0.01). The conclusion is that students as instructors can improve nursing students' PE skills.
