超高效三氟氯氰菊酯的合成及生物活性研究 被引量:3

摘要 含有16个异构体的三氟氯氰菊酯是重要的拟除虫菊酯杀虫剂,我们通过化学拆分、差向异构等方法,高ee值、高收率得到仅含具有最高生物活性的Z-1Rcis-S单一异构体的三氟氯氰菊酯(gamma-cyhalothrin)。对小菜蛾的初步生物测试表明,其杀虫活性是目前市场上大量使用的、仅含有Z-1Rcis-S/Z-1Scis-R一对高效异构体的三氟氯氰菊酯品种(lampda-cyhalothrin)的两倍。 Cyhalothrin made up of 16 isomers is a kind of important pyrethroid insecticide.By chemical resolution and epimerization,we had synthesized gamma-cyhalothrin made up of sole isomer Z-1Rcis-S that represented the highst bioactivity among 16 isomers.The primary bioassay against cabbage moth showed that the insecticide activity of gamma-cyhalothrin was twice as high as that of lampda-cyhalothrin made up of a pair of high-effective isomers Z-1 Rcis-S/Z-1 Scis-R. At present, lampda-cyhalothrin had been widely used in market.
