摘要
采用气相色谱法,以正构十二烷作为内标物,使用5%DC-200填充柱和TCD检测器,对乙基氯化物进行分离与定量。分析结果表明,乙基氯化物的线性相关系数为0.999,标准偏差为0.33,变异系数为0.36%,平均回收率为99.2%。
Using gas chromatography, making normal dodecane as internal standard, the ethyl chloride were separated and quantitated by 5% DC-200 packed column and TCD detector. Analysis result showed that the linear correlation coefficient of ethyl chloride was 0.999, the standard deviation was 0.33, coefficient of variation was 0.36%, the average recovery rate was 99.2%.
