摘要
以异构十三醇和氨气为原料,采用金属氧化物为催化剂合成了异构双十三胺。考察了混合气体比例、催化剂活化时间、催化剂的套用、异构十三醇和十三伯胺的套用对反应的影响,确定了合成异构双十三胺的优化反应条件。所得粗品经加氢、精馏后制得异构双十三胺。
Iso-ditridecylamine was synthesized by using iso-tridecanol and ammonia as raw materials and metal oxides as catalyst The effects of the proportion of mixed gases,catalyst activation time, amine stage catalyst apply,iso -tridecanol and iso -tridecylamine apply were studied. The optimal conditions for the synthesis process were identified. Crude product was hydrogenated and rectified to iso-ditridecylamine.
