血清S100β蛋白及超敏C-反应蛋白含量与急性脑梗死患者病情及预后关系的研究 被引量:13

Correlation of Level and the Prognosis of Serum S100β Protein and High Sensitive C-reactive Protein in Acute Cerebral Infarction

摘要 目的探讨急性脑梗死(ACI)患者血清S100β蛋白及超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平变化与预后的关系。方法采用双抗体夹心ELISA法测定33例脑梗死患者及25例健康对照组的血清S100β蛋白水平;用散射比浊法测定血清超敏C-反应蛋白含量。观察并比较ACI患者在不同程度病情、不同梗死面积时,血清S100β蛋白和hs-CRP含量变化,采用Pearson法进行相关性分析。结果脑梗死组患者血清S100β蛋白(0.025±0.017μg/L)和hs-CRP(7.147±10.503 mg/L)水平均显著高于正常对照组(0.017±0.009μg/L,2.679±1.678 mg/L),均P<0.05,并且随着神经功能损伤程度的增高和梗死面积的增加,血清S100β蛋白和hs-CRP含量亦明显升高;S100蛋白水平和hs-CRP水平呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论急性脑梗死患者血清S100β和hs-CRP浓度均明显增高。S100β蛋白和hs-CRP蛋白浓度高低不仅可以给神经元和神经胶质细胞的损伤程度提供定量信息,而且也是判断病情,评估预后的重要指标。 Objective To study the changes of the levels of serum S100β protein and high sensitive C-reactive protein(hs- CRP) in acute cerebral infarction patients and their clinical significance. Methods To adopt the concentration of serum S100β protein was detected using double antibody sandwich ELISA;and using the serum high sensitive C-reactive protein levels were measured in 33 cases with acute cerebral infarction patients and 25 normal control were measured, healthy people who received medical examinations. A analyzed the relationship between the serum S100β protein and high sensitive Creactive protein levels and the severity of disease as well as outcome. The changes of S100β and hs-CRP were compared with patients of different pathogenetic condition and infarction areas. The correlation analysis between S100β and hs-CRP was also made. Results The level of serum S100β(0. 025±0. 017 μg/L) and hs-CRP(7. 147±10. 503 mg/L) in patients with ACI increased significantly compared with control group (0. 017 ±0. 009 μg /L , 2. 679± 1. 678 mg/L)(all P〈0.05). The level of serum S100β protein and hs-CRP increased with the neurofunction detection and infarction area. The level of serum S100β has positive correlation with the level of hs-CRP. Conclusion The levels of the serum S100β protein and hs- CRP remarkably increase in the patients with ACI. The serum of S100β protein and hs-CRP not only provides quantitative information about the degree of certain neurologic lesions ,but also serves as an important parameter of assessing the prognosis.
