Nd YAG激光治疗后发白内障临床探讨

Clinical Analysis of Nd YAG Laser Posterior Capsulotomy Technique for Cataract after IOL Implantation

目的探讨采用Nd:YAG激光治疗人工晶体植入术后后发性白内障的方法及其并发症的防治。方法用NdYAG激光机,对980例1030眼后发性白内障患者行后囊膜切开术。结果960眼经一次NdYAG激光后囊膜切开术切开成功,最佳矫正视力达0.3～1.0,占96.88%;其余35眼一周后经二次激光手术,其中仅3眼因机化膜较厚,发现有钙化,未能击穿,视力无改善,最终以手术治疗,其余32眼经二次治疗均成功,视力有不同程度提高。结论Nd:YAG激光后囊膜切开术治疗后发性白内障效果满意,是一种简便、安全、有效的方法,但应严格掌握手术技巧及适应症,并合理选择激光参数。

Objective To study the technique of using Nd YAG laser in treating after - cataract after IOL implantation and to prevent complications. Methods methods Nd YAG laser posterior capsulotomy were performed in 1030 eye of 980 cases techniques with after -cataract after IOL implantation. Results The result was satisfactory. The best corrected visual acuity was improved significantly in 96.88% eyes（ BCVA≥0.3 ）by Nd YAG laser therapy first time;the rest 35 eyes had to performNd Y AG laser therapy twice, 3 from35 eyes, which formed thicker membrane, the posterior capsule were not opened and the BCVA were unchanged, BCVA of other was improved. The main complications were transient increase of IOP（65.21% ）and injury to IOL（22.6% ）. Conclusion Nd YAG laser capsulotomy is a kind of safe, simple and effectiv technique. But it is necessary to choose skill and case, set laser parameter appropriately.
