小梁切除 球筋膜切除术治疗慢性闭角型青光眼

Trabeculectomy Combined with Tenonectomy for Treatment of Chronic Angle-closure Glaucoma

目的探讨小梁切除联合球筋膜切除术治疗慢性闭角型青光眼患者临床疗效。方法对35例(46眼)行小梁切除联合球筋膜切除术,观察术后视力?眼压、滤过泡及并发症。结果术后1周眼压平均(14.30±5.50)mmHg,与术前(26.90±5.90)mmHg相比,差异有显著性(t=9.69,P<0.05)。术后视力无明显变化,无严重并发症。结论小梁切除联合球筋膜切除术是治疗慢性闭角型青光眼患者安全有效的手术方式。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of trabeculectomy combined with tenonectomy in the treatment of chronic angle - closure glaucoma. Methods Trabeculectomy combined with tenonectomy were performed on 35 cases （46 eyes） with chronic angle -closure glaucoma. Results The average intraocular pressure （IOP） was reduced from （ 26.90 ± 5.90 ） mmHg to （ 14.30 ± 5.50） mmHg after 1 week of operation （ t = 9.69, P 〈 0.05 ）. The visual acuity was not changed obviously. There was not serious postoperative complication. Conclusion Trabeculectomy combined with tenonectomy was safe, effective prcess for the treatment of chronic angle - closure glaucoma
