为推动绿色设计理念发展.探索绿色建筑在夏热冬暖地区的建设经验.深圳市建筑科学研究院建科大楼项目在建设过程中做了很多有益的探索.该项目以绿色生态理念为指导、以先进的CFD模拟技术为支持.整合各种绿色技术。关注人性化设计和资源节约。对被忽视的办公空间性能质量、健康指数、运营维护等方面做出自己的思考,以期对将来的绿色建筑设计有一定的启发和借鉴。

For the purpose of promoting the development of green building design concept and construction experience in hot-summer and warm-winter region, Shenzhen Institute of Building Research has made a lot of exploration in the new office building project. The project is based on the green and eco-efficient concept and the CFD simulation technologies, to integrate various green technologies into design and concern with humanization and resource-saving. The performance of the office, health index and maintenance management and some other aspects are taken into consideration. This may enlighten the green building design in the future to some extend.
