摘要
随着老年社会的到来,我国老年公寓的建设方兴未艾。该文通过对苏州近年新建的典型老年公寓规划设计的调研分析,结合国内外老年公寓的实例,以老年生理特点及老年心理学的视角,对老年公寓建筑的若干问题作了有益的探讨。
As the aging society is coming, construction of senile apartments in our country is on the rise. Through investigating and researching on the representative senile apartments recently built in Suzhou City, this article probes into several problems of this type buildings with global examples in the view of aged physiology and psychology.
