左旋卡尼汀在心血管疾病中的应用

摘要 卡尼汀（carnitine）又称肉碱或肉毒碱。有左旋卡尼汀（L—carnitine，LC）和右旋卡尼汀（D—carnitine，DC）两种异构体。只有LC有生物学活性，它是广泛存在于机体中的特殊氨基酸。它在体内主要功能是协助长链脂肪酸穿过线粒体内膜进入线粒体基质内进行β氧化产生三磷酸腺苷（ATP），在脂肪酸代谢中起重要作用。近年越来越多的证据表明，它在糖类的代谢中也同样重要。随着LC研究的深入，目前在心血管、肝脏、肾脏等疾病治疗中应用广泛。现就LC在心血管疾病中的应用进行综述。
