摘要
本文通过调查了解,发现学校的财政仍然存在着困难。另外学校的债务不能化解,教师的福利补助没有保障。本文从学校角度出发,以学校的财政情况来评价"新机制",以期"新机制"在实施过程中不断地完善。
Through a survey it is found that financial difficulty still exists in schools. In addition, debts and teachers＇ fringe benefits are problematic. This paper studies the ＂new system＂ that is being applied in the eyes of schools in order to find ways for improvement.
