摘要
在Ce-TZP中掺入0mol%~3mol%的Yb2O3,用XRD、SEM研究了Yb2O3掺入量对Yb-Ce-TZP断裂相变量和显微结构的影响,讨论了Yb2O3的掺杂对Ce-TZP材料力学性能的显著影响。实验表明,适量Yb2O3的掺入降低了Yb-Ce-TZP的晶粒尺寸,提高了材料的断裂相变量,显著改善了材料的力学性能。在实验范围内,0.75Yb-9Ce-TZP表现出较优的力学性能。
The 0mol%~3mol% Yb 2O 3 was added in Ce-TZP, XRD and SEM were used to investigate the increment of monoclinic phase content and microstructure before and after fracturing.The important influence of Yb 2O 3 additive on the mechanical properties of Ce-TZP was studied. It was found that proper amount of Yb 2O 3 additive can decrease the grain size, increase the fracturing increment of monoclinic phase content, improve the mechanical properties effectively. Especially, the 0.75Yb-9Ce-TZP showed the best mechanical properties in our experiments.
