硫压对Fe20Mo合金硫化行为的影响

摘要 观察分析了Fe20Mo合金在不同硫压的硫蒸气中的硫化动力学规律和产物层的组织结构变化规律。结果表明,合金的硫化速度随硫压的增加略有下降;硫化产物层仍为双层结构,但外层的FeS晶粒已充分长大,内层中被硫化产物包裹的μ相晶粒的硫化程度增大;内层产物的晶体有了发展,由低硫压时的非晶和球状晶变为高硫压下的针状晶。 The sulfidation kinetics and scale structure of Fe20Mo in sulphur vapour with various pressures were investigated. Surprisingly, the sulfidation rate constant declined with the increasing of sulphur pressure. No significant change was found in the scale structure, i.e. the scale was a duplex film. However, larger sizes of FeS and inner sulfide crystals and severe sulfidation of μ phase within alloy were both found in the condition of higher sulphur pressure. TEM results revealed that in the case of high sulphur pressure the needle-like sulfide in nanometer size of the inner layer substituted the amorphous and sphere like ones at lower sulphur pressure.
