摘要
简要介绍了充气膜技术的基本原理,讨论了应用该技术分离和回收起爆药废水中叠氮化物的影响因素。实验结果表明:叠氮化物的传质速率与吸收液的浓度和流量无关;化学吸收比真空抽吹和压缩空气吹扫对叠氮化物具有更高的去除率;叠氮化物的传质速率与膜性能有关;随着废水中其它挥发组分的增加,叠氮化物的传质速率相应降低。
The basic theory of Gas Filled Membrane Technology(GFMT) is introduced briefly in this paper. The influencing factors are discussed in detail for the separation and recovery azide from waste water of primary explosive using GFMT. Experimental results show: (1) The mass transfer rate of azide is independent of concentration and flow of absorption solution; (2) Comparted to vaccum and air blowing, chemical absorption has the highest removal rate of azide; (3) The mass transfer rate of azide is dependent on membrane property; (4) The mass transfer rate of azide decreases correspondingly with the increasing of other volatile components.
