摘要
优选甘草次酸混悬型滴鼻剂最佳辅料配方比列,制备性能优良的混悬剂。采用单因素分析和均匀设计,以以沉降容积比、重分散性、粒径为指标,以配方辅料为因素对混悬剂的助悬剂进行评价和优选。通过对数据的分析,优选出最佳的配方比为甘草次酸g∶吐温-80(mL)∶羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)/g=0.250.3∶0∶.05。所得配方较优。
To optimize the formala ratio of base and prepare better glycyrrhetinic acid suspension nasal drops. Using formula adjuvant as factor, sedimentation volume ratio, dispersibility and particle diameter as the target, the best ratio of suspending agent was optimized by momfactor analysis and homogeneons design. The best ratio of prescription is glycyrrhetic acid : tween-80: HPMC = 0.25 : 0.3 : 0.05. The ratio is better.
