福辛普利对糖尿病肾病小鼠基因表达的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的应用基因芯片技术研究福辛普利对糖尿病肾病(DN)小鼠肾脏基因表达谱的影响。方法分别检测福辛普利治疗组、未经治疗DN组、正常组小鼠肾脏基因的差异表达变化,筛选出差异表达基因,用生物信息学对检测结果进行分析,应用半定量RT-PCR验证差异表达基因。结果两张芯片相比,福辛普利治疗后糖尿病小鼠肾脏发生显著性差异表达变化的基因共有60个。差异表达基因主要涉及物质代谢、炎症与免疫反应、转录等。结论福辛普利可通过多种途径在基因水平上起到对DN的保护作用。
