国家创新能力研究的两种范式

Two kinds of Paradigm on research of National Innovation Capacity

目前,关于国家创新能力的研究有指标体系综合测度和影响因素集成分析两种范式,这两种范式从不同的角度对国家创新的差异进行了解读。从知识的角度看,两者具有相同的内核,不同之处在于对知识性质的假设,随着创新体系和知识经济研究的不断深入以及实践的需要,两种范式在不断走向融合发展。由于国家创新能力的研究还处于起步探索阶段,理论和分析工具还不成熟,有些问题需要进一步探讨。

Currently, there are two paradigms on National Innovation Capacity study, integrated measure of indicators and integrated analysis of impact factors, the two paradigms interpreted the differences of national innovation from the different perspective. From the view of knowledge, both have the same core, the difference is the assumptions on the nature of knowledge, with the study deepening of the innovation system and knowledge economy as well as on the needs of practice, the two paradigms constantly moving toward integration in development. Because the study on National Innovation Capacity is still at the initial stage of exploration, theoretical and analytical tools are not yet ripe, some issues need to be further explored.
