摘要 创新企业在创新活动中既面临着创新的技术障碍,更面临着如何市场化创新的制度障碍。在面临既有企业的打压,互补资产拥有者的利润争夺、模仿者的跟进、以及既有制度的约束等市场化障碍时,创新企业需要稳健的整合运用依从、选择和操纵三种合法化战略来获得市场化的成功。 Innovative enterprises will be faced with not only technical barriers to innovation but also institution barriers to innovation. Faced with the pressure from the owners of complementary assets for profit, imitators, as well as the existing institution constraints, innovative enterprises need to robustly apply legitimation strategy of compliance, selection and ma- nipulation to market innovation products successfully.
