摘要
回顾20世纪管理学的发展,从经验管理到科学管理,从强调理性到强调人性,无论是管理的思想和理念,还是管理的实践,都发生了巨大的飞跃。其中对人在管理中所起的重要作用日益引起管理学界的重视,同时也使我们看到人的积极性和创造性的充分发挥,是管理活动成功的关键;因此一切管理活动都必须以调动人的积极性和创造性、做好人的工作为根本。
Looking back at the development of management science in the 20th century, we can learn that the management of ideas, concepts and practices have undergone a great leap forward whether the experience the management or the scientific management, whether the emphasis on the rationality or the emphasis on the human nature. The management scientitle community has attached importance to What people play the important role. And we can see that it is the key to succossful management activities to give full play to the enthusiasm and creativity. Therefore, it is the fundamental to all management activities to arouse people's initiative and creativity.
