摘要
技术型人力资本是经济增长的引擎和企业创新力的源泉。技术型人力资本的价值构成要素包括核心价值、内生价值、显现价值。分析了技术型人力资本价值变动规律。此外,还探究了如何构建技术型人力资本评价体系从而增强企业的技术创新能力。
The technical human capital is the enjine of the ecnomic growth, the component factors of technical human capital include core value,intrinsic value and appear value. This paper discuss the regularity of the change of technical human capital＇s value, The article also studies the method of measuring the value of human capital. Finally ,the paper argue how to establish the human capital assessment system which will do beneficial to sharpen the innovational power of enterprise.
