摘要
对韩国政府在科技创新中的主导作用进行探讨,从政府主导科技创新战略,完善科技创新法规,构建科技创新机制,加大科技创新投入,推动科技成果转化等方面归纳其成功的经验,企图为我国国家(区域)创新体系的构建与完善形成几点可供参考的启示。
