茶叶绿素对大豆蛋白复合纤维超临界CO_2染色的研究 被引量:3

摘要 从新鲜茶叶中提取叶绿素,合成叶绿素衍生物,然后在超临界CO2状态中对大豆蛋白复合纤维进行染色。通过正交试验方案和处理实验数据,研究了超临界CO2染色温度、浸轧溶液pH值、染色时间3个因素对染色性能的影响,优化染色条件得到最佳染色结果的工艺条件。最后对染色产品进行摩擦、皂洗、汗渍色牢度测试,结果显示该试验取得了较好的染色结果,得出的最佳染色工艺条件是:染色温度80℃,浸轧溶液pH值4,染色时间30 min。 The chlorophyll from tea leaf was withdrawn and its derivative synthesized was used in supercritical carbon dioxide dyeing process for soybean fiber. Through orthogonal experiment, it studied how the three fundamental factors, dyeing temperature of carbon dioxide, pH value of padding bath and dyeing time, affect the dyeing property. By optimizing these conditions, a preferable dyeing formulation was obtained. It tested the color fastness to rubbing, color fastness to soaping and perspiration in the final step. According to the final test report, the experiment has achieved excellent dyeing results. The optimal formulation is as follows: dyeing temperature 80℃, pH value 4, dyeing time 30 min.
