摘要
就某种毛织物使用接结经接结双层组织织造时接结纱的要求、表里组织的选择、纱线的排列、完全循环纱线数的计算、上机图的设计等进行简单介绍,说明了接结经接结双层组织的应用、设计方法和注意问题,并通过织物中接结纱与纬纱交织的剖面图表现了接结纱的接结状态和接结点的分布的均匀性,为这类组织的进一步开发利用提供参考。
This paper intruduced one of wool fabrics which with extra warp stitch double fabrics, about requirement of stitching yarn, choice of face and back weaves, arrangement of threads, calculation of threads in a weave repeat, design of looming draft. It illustrated application of this fabric, method of design and point for attention. Through stitching warp interlace with weft in section of fabric, it showed stitches state and distribution of uniform of stitching point. It will be supply a referencce for application and development of this fabric.
