涤粘仿毛织物与黏合衬黏合前后风格变化的集对分析

Set pair analysis of the change of polyester/viscose wool-like fabric style

通过FAST织物风格仪对涤粘仿毛织物在黏合衬黏合前后的风格测试,把涤粘仿毛织物在黏合前后测试的FAST风格指标数据作为一个集合对,并展开同异反分析,得出黏合工艺对涤粘仿毛织物风格的影响关系,即黏合衬对涤粘仿毛面料风格影响的作用是主要的。该方法可以为纺织服装企业设计生产和应用加工涤粘仿毛面料提供参考依据。

With the analysis of the style of polyster/viscose wool-like fabric before and after bonding tested by Fabric Assurance Simple Testing （ FAST）, the set pair composed of the test index before and after bonding was analyzed. The effect of bonding process on the style of polyster/viscose wool-like fabric showed that the effect of bonding to the style of polyster/viscose wool-like fabric was principal. This thesis also offered reference for the designing production and application process of polyster/viscose wool-like fabric of textile and garment enterprises.
