摘要
由于纤维对染料的吸收性能和染料在纤维上的上染率存在着一定的极限值,即纤维的染色深度不是无限的,当染料达到一定用量时,纤维的染色深度就达到了极限。此时再增加染料用量,染色深度不再增加,反而会浮色加重,色牢度下降。针对这一问题,文章论述了利用光的漫反射、折射原理,对毛精纺面料进行涂层整理,减少光对其反射和干涉强度,达到增深面料色泽的作用,在生产中对涂层的均匀性、稳定性控制是关键。
The dyeing depth will reach the high-point when the dosage of dye is enough, because the fiber has certain limit receptivity to dye. When the dosage of dye is enough to the fiber, it can not increase the dyeing depth by increasing the dye dosage, but it will debase the dyeing fastness. In this paper, it discussed the coating of wool worsted fabric to increase the dyeing depth. The diffuse reflection and refraction can debase the reflection and interference intensity, so the dyeing depth of the wool worsted fabric increases. The key factor of coating is controlling the uniformity and stability.
