摘要 利用酸性条件下六价铬对亚甲基蓝具有退色作用的原理,建立一种新的光度法来检测制革废水中的六价铬。反应的最大吸收波长为745nm,在最优的反应条件下,铬浓度在0.02~50μg/mL范围内符合朗伯比尔定律,线性方程△A=0.0221c+0.027(n=10,R^2=0.9988),检出限为0.008μg/mL,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.1%(0.5μg/mg/Cr(VI),n=11)。此方法成功应用于制革废水及湖水中六价铬的检测。 A new method of spectrophotometric determination of chromium( VI ) was reported,which based on the absorbance of its complex with methylene blue in acidic media. It shows that the most absorption wavelength is 745 nm. Under the selected conditions, the chromium( VI ) concentration is 0.02 - 50μg/mL. The correlation coefficient R^2 is 0. 998 8. The detection limit is 0. 008μg/mL. The relative standard deviation is 2.1% for 0.5 μg/mL chromium( VI ) ( n = 11 ). The method is used in determination of chromium(VI) in leather waste water or lake successfully.
