摘要
利用CAE技术建立汽车内饰塑件的3D模型,并对注塑成型模具进行设计;应用Moldflow软件,在3D模型有限元网格划分的基础上,对塑件制品注塑成型过程中填充、保压和冷却等情况进行仿真。结合实际范例,通过调整模具温度、熔料温度、注射时间和注射压力等注塑工艺参数来实现成形工艺的优化设计。
Automotive interior decorative plastic part 3 D model was established using CAE. Corresponding injectton mould was designed. On the base of partitioning the 3D modelfinite element mesh, the process of plastic product injection molding, such as filling, holding pressure, cooling conditions, and so on, was simulated with Moldflow. Practical example shows that a design optimization methold of molding technology can be realized by modulating the injection processing parameters——mild temperature, melt temperature, injection time and injection pressure.
