摘要裁判合理性理论是法理学研究的重要领域。它是一种实践指向的开放的问题域。裁判的合理性体现在妥当的理由、主体间的共识之上。研究裁判合理性理论的关键词是有效性、融贯性和正确性。裁判合理性的研究为认识审判实践提供了新的视角和评价依据。 The theory of the rationality of adjudication is an important area of legal theory. It is an open and practice-oriented topic area. The rationality of adjudication includes right reason and inter-subject consent. The keywords of the rationality of adjudication are validity, coherence and accuracy. The study on the rationality of adjudication provides a new perspective of research and evaluative basis for judicial practice.
