摘要
为了提高液压支架设计质量和设计效率,分析了当前液压支架设计过程中存在的问题,构建了一个液压支架专用设计平台,描述了各功能模块之间的相互关系及组织结构,在 VC++环境下,采用面向对象方法集成了 PRO/E、ANSYS、ADAMS 以及数据库 SQLServer;以 ZY380液压支架的设计为例验证了该设计平台的实用性。
To improve the design efficiency and quality of hydraulic support, this paper analyzes the present problem in the current design, constructs an integrated design platform of hydraulic support and describes the interrelationships and the structure among varieties of functional modules in detail. Meanwhile, it integrates Pro/E, ANSYS, ADAMS and SQL Server by the way of facing objects in the situation of Visual C++. Finally, it takes the ZY380 type hydraulic support as an example to prove the practicability of this design platform.
