摘要
在矿山切石机 PLC 控制系统的基础上,为提高其控制部分的可靠性和抗干扰性进行了创新,根据 Modbus 协议运用屏蔽通信线代替控制线进行通信,减少了外界电磁等的干扰,减少了连接导线的数目,大大提高了切石机控制系统的可靠性。现已装配在莆田华隆机械有限公司生产的切石机上。
Abstract： On the base of PLC control system of the stone cutter machine, we make an innovation in order to improve the reliability and the anti-interference of the stone cutter machine control system. According to Modbus protocol communication uses shielded cables rather than control wires, that decreases the disturbance of electronic magnet and the number of connecting wires and increases the dependability of the stone-cutter machine system. Presently, this system has been used for the stone cutter machine of Hua Long Stone Machine Company.
