摘要
介绍了 BRWZ550/31.5型高压、大流量乳化液泵站状态监测与故障诊断系统的设计思想。阐述了基于 ARM 嵌入机的状态监测系统的结构方案和工作原理,提出了一种人工神经网络和模糊专家系统相结合的分级故障诊断方法,完成了对泵站运行状态的在线监测和离线故障诊断,可及时发现和排除各种故障隐患,预防突发事件,保障煤矿井下安全作业。
BRWZ550/31.5 emulsion pump station is designed for million ton scale mining face, and the design idea of its state monitoring and failure diagnosis system is introduced in this paper. Simultaneously, based on the ARM embedded system, the paper also describes the structure and testing principle of the state monitoring system and offer an approach of grading failure diagnosis. The system realizes the function of on-line state monitoring and off-line failure diagnosis for the station, thereby it can ftnd and eliminate a variety of paroxysmal accidents, prevent emergencies, and ultimately ensure the mining is safe.
