摘要
针对井下超长综采面1.14 kV 高压供电线路电能损耗大,影响大功率采煤机的应用的现状,四川芙蓉矿务局松澡煤矿对供电电压进行了升级改造,由1.14 kV 升级到3.3 kV。分析了对超长综采工作面采煤巷道进行的优化布置,并对工作面采用3.3 kV 电压工作的设备运行状况的科学配置作了论述。实践证明降低了设备启动和运行电流,保证了供电系统的安全运行。
Considering the electric energy consumptions of the high voltage line of underground fidly-mechanized mining face and the effects of using the high-power coal mining machine, the Songzao coal mine of Furong Alining Bureau in Sichuan has upgraded power supply units, voltage boosting from 1.14 kV to 3.3 kV. This paper analyzes optimized layout of the coal tunnels in the lengthy fully-mechanized mining face and discusses its working scientific configuration. This reformation decreases its initial and working current and assures the whole system works safely.
