摘要
我国输电线路常经过地理和气象条件复杂的地区,社会经济的发展也使得线路走廊的选择成为一个日益严峻的问题。气体绝缘金属封闭输电线路(GIL)具有输送容量大、布置灵活、与环境相互影响小以及不受灰尘、湿度和覆冰等外界环境因素影响等优点,适用于恶劣气象环境或廊道选择受限制的电力输送场合。分析比较了GIL与架空线路和常规高压电缆相比所具有的技术优点;介绍了GIL绝缘结构设计步骤、现场模块单元组装方式、结构发生位移时的补偿方法以及绝缘气体气压和密度监测方法;给出了国外主要GIL制造厂商及其产品的应用实例。随着GIL设计、安装及气体监测等技术日趋成熟,GIL可以成为电能输送的一种有效选择方案。
Transmission lines always pass through areas with complex geographical and meteorological conditions in China, and the corridor is more and more difficult to choose with the development of society and economy. Gas insulated metal enclosed transmission line (GIL) with the merit of bulk power transmission, flexible layout, low impact on or of environment, can be used in those situations which the ambient conditions such as pollution, ice accretion etc. are very serious or the corridor is limited. The advantages of the GIL, compared with overhead transmission line and conventional high voltage electric cable, were introduced and analyzed. Then the methods of dielectric design, on-site assembly of the modules, compensation of structure displacement and the monitoring method of insulated gas pressure and density were introduced. And the foreign GIL manufactures and their products applications were presented. With the matureness of technology on design, installation and gas-monitoring, GIL could be an effective solution for power transmission.
