摘要
利用有限元软件 ANSYS/FLOTRAN 对气垫带式输送机气垫的动力学状况进行了数值模拟分析,得出了节流孔径、孔的排数、气膜厚度等因素对气垫压力影响规律,为气垫带式输送机设计及运行管理提供了理论依据。
By using ANSYS/ FLOTAN software, the dynamic status of the air-cushion of an air-cushion belt conveyor is simulated and analyzed. The effects of the diameter and distribution of the throttle bores and the gas film thickness on the air-cushion pressure are discussed, which provides a theoretical basis for the design and operational management of the air-cushion belt conveyor.
