摘要
介质群与磨筒内壁相互碰撞,使得振动磨机体与筒体轴线正交的平面内的摆动不可避免。利用虚拟样机技术,分析了引起摆动的因素,以及摆动行为对整机特性、介质碰撞力和弹簧寿命的影响等。对于磨机的设计、应用、研发和性能优化等具有重要的参考价值。
For the collision between the medium group and the inner surface of the grinding tube, it is inevitable to bring about swing in the axes orthogonal plane of the tube and the mill body. By using the virtual prototype technique, this paper analyzes the factors which cause swing and the effects of swing behaviors on the mill characteristics, medium impact force and spring lifetime. It is of great value to the mill design, application, research and performance optimization.
