摘要
介绍三菱M701F型单轴燃气-蒸汽联合循环机组主控系统,包括最小门控制逻辑、转速控制回路、负荷控制回路和ALR回路等。分析机组在各种控制模式下一次调频的实现方法,并通过扰动试验研究机组在不同模式下转速扰动时各控制回路输出、机组负荷分配、燃机排气温度等参数的动态响应,从而分析M701F型联合循环机组的控制特点和一次调频特性。提出进一步提高机组一次调频性能的建议。
The main control system of M701F single-shaft combined cycle power unit were introduced, including the minimum gate control logic, speed regulating loop, load control loop and ALR loop, etc.. For different control modes, the realization methods of the primary frequency regulation were analyzed. The frequency disturbances tests were performed to investigate the dynamic response of parameters, such as the control loop output, unit load dispatching and exhausted gas temperature. Based on this, the characteristics and corresponding suggestions of control system and primary frequency regulation system for M701F power unit were presented.
