摘要
20世纪80年代以来,以注重教师反思性发展的教师教育理论新思潮逐渐形成,反思型教师成为教师专业成长的必然。作为反思型教师重要品质的反省思维,其理论内涵、发展水平及对教师专业成长的价值也成为学界值得思考的问题。
The current theory on teacher education which emphasizes the reflective-thinking development has gradually formed since the 1980s. The reflective teacher will become the goal for teacher's professional growth. Since reflective thinking is an essential quality for a reflective teacher,its theoretical connotation,its development level and its value to teacher's professional growth also become a hot topic in this field. This paper intends to reveal through theoretical analysis the inherent value in reflective thinking for teacher's professional growth.
