摘要
探讨改变纱路对纱线性能的影响。在棉、毛纺环锭细纱机上进行了改变纱路的纺纱试验,结果表明,在棉纺和精梳毛纺环锭细纱机上生产Z捻纱时,采用右斜纱路与传统的直纱路相比,纯棉、全毛和毛涤纱的毛羽都有显著的减少;全毛和毛涤纱的断裂强度、条干均匀度、细节和粗节都有一定的改善,但棉结却有所恶化;而纯棉纱的强伸性、条干均匀度及常发性纱疵都有不同程度的恶化。
Effects of modifying yarn path on yarn property were discussed. Spinning tests of modifying yarn path in cotton and worsted spinning frame were carried out. The result shows when producing Z-twist yarn in cotton and worsted ring spinning frame, hairiness number of pure cotton yarn, pure wool yarn and wool polyester blended yarn all are reduced more obviously in right diagonal yarn path than that in straight yarn path. Breaking strength, yarn evenness, thin places and thick places of pure wool yarn and wool polyester blended yarn both are improved in a degree but the neps are increased. Strength and elongation, yarn evenness and frequent yarn defects of pure cotton yarn all are increased in a degree.
