摘要
探索毛纺Solospun纺纱技术在棉纺环锭纺上的应用。对纯棉品种Solospun纱与传统环锭纱在不同纱号、捻度、钢丝圈等条件下进行了大量对比试验,结果表明:Solospun纺纱方法用于棉纺设备上是基本可行的。棉纺Solospun纱的毛羽比传统环锭纱有明显减少,纱的条干接近传统环锭纱,纱的强力总体稍逊于环锭纱。在纺中粗号纱时Solospun纺展现了其优越的性能,毛羽明显减少,虽然条干、强力有所降低但仍然可以达到要求;但Solospun技术在纺细号纱时适纺性较差。作为一种新型的纺纱技术仍有一些不成熟的地方需要加以改进。
Application of Solospun spinning in cotton ring spinning frame was explored. Numerous tests were carried out between pure cotton Solospun yarn and traditional ring spinning yarn With different yarn count, twist and ring traveler. The result shows that it is basically available to spin on cotton equipment by Solospun spinning. Hairiness of Solospun yarn are obviously less than that of traditional ring spinning,the yarn evenness is ahnost same than that of the traditional ring spun yarn and the yarn strength is weaker than that of ring spinning yarn slightly. The advantages of Solospun yarn is showed when spinning coarse yarn, yarn hairiness is reduced obviously, yarn evenness and strength are reduced in a degree but still could reach demands. Fine yarn spinnability in Solospun technology is worse. As a new type of spinning technology, there is still something need to be improved.
