摘要
为了探讨羽绒的可纺性,研制开发羽绒混纺产品,针对羽绒特性,对蚕丝包缠羽绒混纺纱进行了纺纱试验。结果表明:将羽绒和维纶通过预混、表面处理和梳理工艺,在梳棉机上加工成羽绒混纺生条,在花式捻线机上对羽绒混纺生条进行适当牵伸,牵伸后的须条与1根涤纶芯纱相遇后,采用2根蚕丝作包纱,利用双向包缠技术,可纺制出蚕丝包缠羽绒混纺纱。指出,生产中梳棉要采用低速度、大隔距、轻定量、弱分梳的工艺,花式捻线加工中下空心锭转速对成纱实际线密度、断裂强力、包缠捻度等性能有影响,需要进行优选。
Blended product were researched and developed to discuss spinnability of down. Aiming at the property of down, spinning test of dowm wrapped with silk was carried out. The result shows that down wrapped with silk blended yarn could be spun successfully after adopting the measures including carrying pre-mixing, surface treatment and carding processing on down and vinylon, producing down blended carded sliver in carding machine, drafting down blended carded sliver in fancy twister appropriately, after drafted sliver meeting one polyester core yarn, taking two silk as wraping yarn, through hi-wrapping technology. It is pointed out that processing of lower speed, larger gauge, less weight per unit, weaker carding should be adopted in carding process. Speed of hollow spindle should be optimized for it affects yarn practical linear density, breakage strength and wrapping twist.
