摘要 为解决CJ 5.8 tex×2强捻股线在织造过程中容易退捻扭结的问题,对强捻纱在织前准备工序采取了各项定捻措施。并线工序在导纱杆上加装自制橡胶套以防两根单纱"分叉";为保证股线定形良好,蒸纱定形温度控制在100℃、时间为60 min;整经张力偏大控制,车速宜慢;浆纱工序上浆率控制在8%,对各区张力、浆槽温度及压浆辊压力合理配置。通过采取以上有效措施,减少了强捻纱易扭结所造成的疵点,使织机效率达到96%,顺利开发出1 550捻/m强捻股线织物。 To resolve the problems that CJ 5.8 tex×2 heavy twist ply detwisted and entangled easily in weaving process, each measure of fixing twist in pre-weaving preparation processes were adopted. Self-regulating rubber cover was installed on yarn guider to avoid two single yarns separated in doubling process. To ensure ply good formation temperature of steaming yarn is set in 100℃ and the time is 60 minutes. Warping tension should be controlled slightly larger and warping speed was appropriate to be slower. Percentage of size was controlled at 8% ,each zone warp tension, temperature of sizing box and pressure of squeezing roller were set rationally. After adopting the above measures defects that caused by heavy twist yarn entangling were reduced,loom efficiency reached 96% ,Fabric of heavy twist ply with 1 550 twists per meter could be produced successfully.
