Barrett食管与贲门黏膜蛋白质组分析研究
摘要
近年来食管腺癌和贲门癌的发病率在西方国家和亚洲地区呈均上升趋势。对我国局部地区的研究也证实存在这种趋势，并以贲门癌发病率增高为主。大量研究发现，食管腺癌和贲门癌的发生与Barrett食管（BE）有直接的关系，食管末端的腺癌几乎都产生于BE，而40％以上贲门癌的发生与BE有关。
