摘要
目的研究五倍子石油醚和氯仿部位化学成分。方法利用硅胶柱色谱及薄层色谱等进行分离纯化,并通过^1H—NMR、^13C—NMR、ESI-MS等波谱技术进行结构鉴定。用二倍稀释法测定了化合物I对尖孢镰刀菌的抗菌活性。结果共分离得到10个化合物,分别为2-羟基-6-十五烷基苯甲酸(I)、白果酚(Ⅱ)、棕榈酸-1,3-二甘油酯(Ⅲ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅳ)、正二十五烷(Ⅴ)、4-羟基-3-甲氧基-苯甲酸(Ⅵ)、棕榈酸(Ⅵ)、月桂酸(Ⅷ)、肉豆蔻酸(IX)及没食子酸(X)。结论化合物I~Ⅵ为首次从五倍子中分离得到。化合物I对尖孢镰刀菌显示中等的抗菌活性。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of the petroleum and chloroform extracts of Galla Chinensis. Methods Using chromatography on silica gel column and thin-layer chromatography to isolate and purify the compounds ; using spectroscopy methods to elucidate their structures; using double dilution to screen antibacterial activities on Fusariurn oxysporurn. Results Ten compounds were isolated and identified as 2-hydroxy-6-pentadecyl benzoic acid ( I ), 4-(pentadec-8-enyl) phenol ( Ⅱ ), plamitic acid-l, 3-dipropyl ester (Ⅲ),β-sitosterol (IV), pentacosane (V), 4-hydroxy-3-methoxy-benzoic acid (VI), plamitic acid (Ⅶ), lauric acid (Ⅷ), myristic acid (Ⅸ), and gallic acid (X). Conclusion Compounds I -- Ⅵ are obtained from Galla Chinensis for the first time. Compound I shows moderate inhibitory activity on F. oxysporum.
