摘要 根据上海市地域特征,研究了该地区开展主体功能区划的方法学问题.为解决基础数据划分结果与实际情况存在差异的矛盾,提出自下而上和自上而下相结合的划分技术路线.以国家编制的《省级主体功能区划分技术规程》为基础,通过对可利用水资源、生态系统脆弱性、生态功能重要性和自然灾害危险性4项指标内容的修改或补充,构建评价指标体系.以1 km×1km网格为划分基础单元,分析指标的数据处理与计算方法,包括指标赋值、等级划分、数据归一化处理和权重确定方法.根据技术路线,分析了主体功能区的3种试划方法,并提出上海市主体功能区划分时存在的问题. According to the regional characteristics of Shanghai City, the technical approach of local major function zoning was studied. In order to solve the difference between the zoning scheme by basic data and the practical situation, the zoning technology route was developed, which integrated the top-down method with the down-top method. On the basis of " Technology Regulation of Major Function Zoning on the Provincial Level", the index system was established, which included ten indexes. In this index system, four indexes including available water resource, eco-system frangibility, eco-function importance and natural disaster risk were revised. Within 1 km×1km grid unit, the methods of data processing and computation were analyzed, which included index assignment, grade division, data normalization and weight assessment. Following this technical approach, three trial zoning methods were analyzed and also some questions were put forward for further study.
