摘要
提出了卫星应用技术科研项目评审的指标体系，并利用ＡＨＰ的Ｆｕｚｚｙ扩展，建立了一种新的ＧＡＨＰ赋权优化模型，给出了卫星应用技术科研项目经费分配模型及其软件设计的目标与功能模块结构。
This paper presents not only comprehensive target system. but also a new op-timal weighted model of group AHP (GA HP) which is based on expanding Fuzzy AHP. At the same time. we provide funds distribution model and its software target and structural de-sign for satellites application technique scientific research project (SATSRP)
