摘要
该文就H2O2在旧瓦楞纸箱(OCC)纸浆轻度漂白过程中的相关工艺参数对纸浆光学性能的影响进行了优化研究。结果表明,影响OCC纸浆H2O2漂白的主要因素是H2O2用量,其次是处理温度和处理时间,浆浓对漂白效果的影响程度最小。H2O2漂白过程的最佳工艺条件是:w(H2O2)=1%(对绝干浆,下同),m(H2O2)∶m(NaOH)=1∶0.6,w(浆浓)=12%,漂白温度为70℃,漂白时间为60min,w(Na2SiO3)=3%,w(MgSO4)=0.5%。在最佳处理条件下,漂后纸浆的亮度值可达到73.61(CIEL*),较OCC未漂浆提高了7.68个单位。
The effects of process parameters on the optical properties of bleached pulp in H2O2 slight bleaching of OCC pulp were studied. The results show that the main influence factor is H2O2 dosage. Bleaching temperature and bleaching time also affect the bleaching of OCC pulp while pulp consistency exerts the least influence. The CIE L^* of bleached OCC reaches 73.61, and is enhanced by 7.68 units when H2O2 dosage is 1% ; the weight ratio of HRO2/NaOH is 1/0.6; the pulp consistency is 12% , bleaching temperature is 70 ℃ ; bleachingtime is 60 min; Na2SiO3 dosage is 3% while MgSO4 dosage is 0.5%.
