摘要 利用自行设计制作的喷雾降尘实验装置,针对粒径小于75μm范围的煤尘,通过回归分析方法研究了SDS、SDBS、OP乳化剂和Tween60等4种表面活性剂及其质量浓度的喷雾降尘效果。实验结果表明,表面活性剂种类及其质量浓度对降尘效果影响很大,实验所用4种表面活性剂降尘均优于纯水效果,尤其是OP乳化剂溶液降尘效率比纯水降尘效率高22.9%。研究成果对完善煤尘喷雾沉降理论,提高煤矿井下喷雾降尘效果提供技术支撑。 Aimed at the mine dust with the particle diameter less than 75 μm, the effects of the dustreduction by spraying are investigated using the self-designed dust reduction by spraying experimental e- quipment and analysised by regression analysis method, in the reaction systems of different concertrations of the sodium dodecyl sulfate, the sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, the OP emulsifier and the Tween 60. The results show that the effects of the surfactant varieties and their concentration on the dust reduc- tion are very great for the mine dust. The four kinds of Surfactants dust reduction effect is better than water, especially, the dust reduction efficiency of OP emulsifier is 22.9% higher than that of water. Research results are helpful for perfecting the dust reduction by spraying theories and for providing the technique of improving the dust reduction effect in the coal mine.
